1. EYEBROW RAISES


So the first exercise is that you are going to be doing is the eyebrow raises.You're going to be doing this four sets of 15.So this is targeting the upper position so there's any fat here you going to get rid of it.This exercise target the upper portion of the fat.



2. CHEEKS RAISES

So the cheeks is a very strong muscle grow on your face so you want get rid of the cheeks fat You want do like cheek raises.This is going to be the 4 sets of 20.

 3. HEAD TWIST

This is  a really good exercise,you have to do move your head to left to right and right to left.This is going  to be 3 sets of 20 of head twist.This is 20 on each side so left and right.


4. NODDING EXERCISE

The final exercise is really the main part of all exercise and that is the nodding exercise. So in this exercise you are going to move your head up and down and it is same to be three sets of 20.What you can do to speed up the process add some cardio exercise.For face fat the best cardio you can do is chewing.You can do this hour a day the more you do it the better.
