SHOULD I DRINK WATER WITH MEALS?


Should i drink while i'm eating ? The answers is no and the reason is water salutes the enzymes particularly the hydrochloric acid in the stomach area which affects the digestion of  meal.While drinking will cause the acid to be asset soup throughout the stomach filled up with water and that's the reason why many people  get reflex up into the esophagus which causes that burning with that harper. There fore the food is  stay in your stomach much longer before it's fully digested.Many people are relying on antacids every day in their lives that's not normal it all comes down to bad digestion.








Is it  good to drink water with your meals which i get that questioned seen  quite a few times in other places. Now let's get to the question of should drink water with my meals .I think you should not have a water with your meals.Let me explain you the average person eats at least have about five to six pounds of food every single day.Now i think people drink about a gallon water now what happen in your stomach takes some time to digest that food right. So it's going to sit in your stomach for 13 hours depending on what you eat.Fat and protein taste a little bit longer to digest and carbohydrates.It might be in a sitting in your stomach and then you down a glass of water ends up happening is that water's gonna sit on top of that food and  it's not going to allow things to get  through properly but even more is dilute your stomach acid.




So your stomach needs to be very acidic to break down protein and if you drink a lot of water with your food it's going to dilute that stomach acid making it less effective and if you have less acidic you're not going to breakdown your food.And if your food not digest you will going to feel sluggish tired after meals and you're going to feel bloated and all that fun stuff.And one more thing if you are drinking wine with your meal avoid that.And if you start the meal take some water and actually helps reduce the your appetite so you don't need as much that's really good thing.Otherwise for the meal just have little sips of water just to kind moisten your food.

So if you are going to drink the majority of your liquid 25 minutes before or 20 minutes after you meal so you can allow your body to digest properly.
