HOW TO GET SIX PACK IN 1 WEEKS!! (HARD EXERCISES)




So today i will show you how to get six packs in just 1 week.So friends it will take some 
dedication and patience to get abs like actors.The main part of getting six pack abs is 
dieting.You will not get abs until there is a layer of fat over to your body. This article will 
show your how to achieve this goal.






1. SCISSOR KICK 

So you here you want to press your lower into the mat and make  sure hand 
are behind your head but don't pull strain on your net going to keep your 
legs straight slightly better you're going to move from your hip and you are 
hip going to stay in crunch position alternating your way make sure you keep 
your ears while with your shoulders to keep a neutral spine don't want to 
tuck your chin three putting a lot of straight to you that go around 15 to 
20 seconds

2.KETTLEBELL SWING

In 2 step you require a kettebell,if u does't have kettebell use  dumbbell. 
So first grab the kettebell on right hand and then move kettlebell 
forward.so you can see your right side of core is contracting to try to 
decelerate that. Do 25 on that right side, and do 25 on left side.


4. ALTERNATING TOE TOUCHES


Go down on your back arm up and touching your toes now no worries if you 
can't get your legs straight how flexible you are just trying to reach up 
for those toes.Alternating your exercise keeps it fresh current and keeps 
you motivated.
