ARE YOU DOING PUSH-UPS ALL WRONG ?

Push-ups  are one of the of major body weight exercises and are very popular. The movement is easy, can be done everywhere. And it's very healthy because you are using maximum muscles at the same time. The problem is that many people attention on quantity as compare to quality when doing push-ups. To neglect this, you aim is on these four points to make your push-ups super perfect and make your body strong and healthy.

Let's start straight with 4 perfect positions.

1. BODY POSITION.

A push-up is not only a triceps, chest, and shoulder movement. Most people ignore the abdominal muscles, the hips and the legs. Often they form and  back and have a lack in body tension. To avoid this, tilt your pelvis behind and keep your butts squeezed tight. The movement gets a lot harder with this. But it's also more effective.

2. ARM POSITION.

The arm position doesn't really matter in terms of the perfect exaction’s perfect push-up can be done with a wide or a narrow grip. The only thing you should neglect are out flared elbows. Because this puts a lot of damage on your shoulder which can do lots of harm to your body. The closer you place your arms to the body, the more your elbows point behind. The wider you place your arms, the more your elbows going away from your body and remain straight.

3. RANGE OF MOTION

This is quite simple. Just don't cheat. Go all the way up and all the way down. And let your body straight. Don’t lower the range of motion by bringing your head forward or your hips down. And focus on your position.

4. SHOULDER BLADE MOVEMENT

This is a where we ignore some point. When you're going down, your shoulder blades come together. And when you're going up, they go apart. You should also focus on pushing them downward instead of upward. When you're going down, always focus on shoulder blade movement.

If you remember all those points and try it on yourself, you will notice that it's much simple to do. Maybe your amount of maximum repetitions wills drop. But that doesn't matter. Always focus on quality over quantity, And you will be rewarded with progress and a healthy body.
