Broccoli is contain 40 % of carbohydrates, and 60% proteins with lot's of water minerals, and vitamins.Broccoli contain vitamin e acid calcium iron magnesium and selenium will help to maintain your weight.

4.Spinach 


You know spinach is green vegetable and it is best vegetable for weight loss.Spinach contain vitamin a and k and  large amount of calcium.Spinach support your diet and wight loss in tasty fashion.

5.Cauliflower 


By eating cauliflower can reduce your maximum calorie count. it's also made of large amount of water, so it hydrates your body.
