back to our blog. Today we will be working on how to lose leg fat in 5 days.
Summer is coming and you going to be wearing short and skirts and you want to
feel really confident and nice. So I’m showing you my four exercise that will help to reduce leg fat in just 5 days.
So Let's Started.
- SIDE TO SIDE
LUNGE
So we’ve got
side to side lines shown below in pic. Keep it slow and go down to try it on
both sides to make sure you’ve got that right.
In a good way
because we’re getting rid those burger thighs. So what we got a little mini
here starting a little mini the opposition we’re jumping out and out and in.
- Curtsy Lunge
In these
exercise se have to step down and up. It is a little mini lunge back we’re
taking it over to a curtsy touching down. You’re going to feel in thigh and
that glut and take it on to other side too.
- DRIVE THROUGH
KICKS
- DRIVE THROUGH KICKS
So first we got
on your hand or your forearms whatever your comfort zone is we’re going to push
up and out to the side. So many kick your feet up in out to the side. Now that
you’ll notice on these are going to feeling that actively movie but also that
table leg we’re driving through our heel as you lift up you’re going to work at
hamstring in that group the double-sided exercise. Here working hamstring gluts
and that whole leg on the other one up and out .Just get the feel for it on the
other side.
Over the next 5
days this is what you’re going to do. Every day you’ve got each one of these exercises
for just a minute each. All these exercises each one up to a minute
